Alvin
Well-appointed room, everything was really good. Helpfulness of the staff. Ideally located hotel, so close to other major shopping areas such as Kotara Fair and the Mercure Charlestown. Also, to the beautiful beaches. Good value, convenient location.

George
The room was new-fashioned and functional, it had hairdryers, shower caps, and towels. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Pacific Hwy Near Niok Pl bus stop.
Nothing to mention.

The breakfast was delicious and marvellous at 9.10am! The location of the hotel was central, just next door to other major shopping areas, and both major shopping center's in Newcastle.

Little and clean place, very welcoming and pleasant staff on the balcony When I rang receptionist. Airy superior queen room, extremely comfy beds. Well-equipped bathroom with bathtubs. Ideally located near shopping centre.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to a major shopping centre. I loved that there was a large WiFi tower next door, making it easy to stay connected. The staff here provide excellent service, from the front office to the room service and housekeeping. They even greeted me with a welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also had a beautiful terrace and dining restaurant, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink. The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and sun terrace, were a great added bonus.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

the location was fantastic, being close to both major shopping centers in the area. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of Free Foxtel channels on the TV.
My stay was enjoyable and there was nothing that I felt could be improved.

Hotel needs major renovation still. Hotel didn't have high chairs on our first stay a week later they provided one as they bought a new one. The restrooms at the restaurant didn't have a baby change facility, so we had to go up the stairs for a change. This hotel should not be rated 4 stars for many reasons.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Nice location.
Booked because breakfast was available from 630am. On arrival breakfast only room service and available from 0700am. Needed to leave at 0715am so just enough time to quickly eat it. Need to change website info.

Outstanding and amazing breakfast with a cooked dish, well prepared offerings and the bacon, well priced. A decent sizeroom with a total scam breakfast, a bath and Free Foxtel channels which is an added bonus as advertised.
